| Over the years Bell Glass have contributed to
many commercial projects, and are well versed in professionally
working alongside main contractors, developers, architects or
private clients, and where required happily offer free technical
advice. Key to the success of many projects is the aspect of working
to a clients strict time programme and integrating into other trade
disciplines, all of which is where the Bell Glass in house
supervising Projects Manager will be seen to put their expertise to
work. Since the company’s inception in 1947 Bell Glass have never sought to distinguish a difference between budget projects and expensive prestigious projects, when the same standards of workmanship, pride in the job, responsibility, and enthusiasm apply to all & sundry. This was the moral attitude of the company’s founder Henry Bell, which as a legacy is of equal value today. Of course not every business person is surrounded by quantity surveyors, architects, etc, but Bell Glass are equally at home in assisting such clients. Often a case can be witnessed where a client obtains say 3 quotations/estimates for intended work, only to then conclude that none of them are affordable. Such frustrations and total waste of time can be addressed by Bell’s being contacted on day one to offer sound financial & practical advice, that pay’s respect to a clients working budget. By those poorly informed it’s sometimes forgotten that Bell Glass do far more than replace a broken pane of glass that little Johnny’s football has just smashed. Indeed these days the company offer a very comprehensive range of services which can happily include all associated builders work (plus specialist trades) together with sorting out Town & Country Planning applications - Building Regulation approvals - Fire Certificates - Etc. Its all available for the asking. Included within the Photo Gallery below is the project for Saint Peters Church. This recent contract (recent as at 2006) has been shown purely because it includes photograph of the installation team fitters at work. How easy it is to photograph a completed project and to purely admire it based upon the end result created, however we should not fool ourselves that the project has somehow magically constructed itself. Indeed without the site fitters flying the company flag in their jovial team spirit there would be nothing to photograph. To Conclude: Its not an ingredient offered for sale or likely to be written into any contract, but all potential customers/clients have the scope of enjoying/benefiting from the genuine personal service offered by Bell Glass - where that family and sociable atmosphere is paramount. For those about to embark on
a new commercial project there is one vital question to be answered
- can you afford not to contact Bell Glass. |
| All commercial contract enquiries should be made to the Rainham (Bloors Lane) branch. |
