| Adding a double glazed conservatory to a home must rate as
one of the fastest methods of increasing floor space in a stylish
manner. A well designed and soundly constructed thoughtful
conservatory can be a sound financial investment adding to the
overall value of the property, however a poorly designed and
constructed structure is unlikely to achieve this - hence the reason
that expert advice/guidance is so important. With a wealth of
expertise Bell Glass are happy to offer free advice to those
customers who feel they might benefit from it, and this sociable
service is offered without there being any obligation on those
seeking such assistance. Such advice will cover the aspects of cost
implications, design, finishes and options available, plus an
insight into any “Town & Country Planning Act” or “Building
Regulation” consents that maybe required. Bell Glass will happily erect a conservatory structure onto an existing contractors or homeowners foundation base, however with fine tolerances being so critical for perfection the company prefer to carry out a comprehensive “full package” including all associated builders work & specialists trades. That said the exact level of service provided is up to the customer, and all you have to do is ask. As a company policy Bell Glass do not employ salesmen who work on a commission (see “Company Profile“ page for further details), so any arranged home visit to seek advice will not be sales orientated, nor will there ever be any intimidating or pressurised nonsense aimed at getting the customer to sign a contract. If you are considering embarking on an exciting conservatory project, then start the ball rolling by contacting Bell Glass and thereafter experiencing the pleasure of what an honest family run professional business is all about. All site projects are co-ordinated and supervised by a experienced “Contracts Manager” with the permanently employed “Site Installation Team” members flying the company flag in the Bell Glass tradition, where pride in the job and customer satisfaction are paramount. All installations are provided with a safety net 10 year insurance backed guarantee which is an obligation under today's Government legislation. |

| Bell Glass are fully authorised/registered
installers of the following highly reputable glazing systems: -
Monarch (for aluminium framed
structures). Spectus (for PVCU
framed structures), and Ultraframe
(for their superb PVCU vented roof structures). These British
manufacturers are all involved in the research and development of
high performance quality glazing systems but only extrude straight
length sections for fabrication and glazing by others. Via Bell
Glass the manufacturer Ultraframe can also supply thermal glass roof
panels (Conservaglass) with a special coating said to be far
superior to Pilkingtons “K” grade glass.
It is not every week of the year that a homeowner
is engaged in something as exciting as extending ones home via a
conservatory, and many decisions have to be made. The Photo
Galleries below will hopefully contribute towards selecting an
ideal sympathetic and appealing design (or series of ideas) suitable
for its intended flexible use. However the question as to opting for
an aluminium framed structure or alternatively a PVCU framed
structure is perhaps a dilemma in itself by Bell Glass giving its
customers a great choice. For what might be a few helpful
tips/observations on design criteria and the selection of materials
see the Design Guide section. All examples in the following Photo Galleries have been constructed using either "Monarch" - "Spectus" or "Ultraframe" systems. |

| Above: The 8 images numbered CP37 to CP44 serve as a great example of just how wonderful a glass roof is in comparison to triple wall polycarbonate sheet. The owner (from Wigmore. Gillingham.) said she thought the extra cost (about 10%) was well worth it, and loved watching the never ending cloud formations. This conservatory was a typical project where Bell Glass offered a package deal to include all associated builders work. | |||
